Our Communities

Community is at the heart of everything the Founder, Lisa, believes in. She believes it is essential for people to flourish, and collaboration is the key to success.


She embodies this through her Tenzing communities and also her Women Who Walk community.

Communities that support finance leaders

We believe the strongest finance leaders grow through connection, shared experience and trusted peer support. Our communities bring together finance professionals at similar stages of their journey, creating space for open conversation, mentorship and meaningful relationships that extend far beyond recruitment.

Women Leading The Way in Finance

Women Leading the Way in Finance is an invite-only community created to support and connect women across the various stages of their finance careers.


The community brings together a mix of Mentors and Mentees from start-ups, scale-ups and mid-sized businesses, creating a collaborative environment where experience, perspective and support are flowing.

Our consumer finance community brings together finance professionals working across consumer-facing businesses, from early-stage brands to established market leaders.


We created this community to provide a space where finance leaders in the consumer sector can connect with peers who understand the unique dynamics of the industry.

Women Who Walk was created by our Founder, Lisa Collins, to provide a simple but powerful space for women to connect; whether that’s through a walk, a conversation or a shared experience. 


While separate from our finance communities, it reflects the same belief that sits at the heart of everything Lisa builds: that people thrive when they feel supported, connected and part of something bigger. The intention is the same: to create environments where women can build confidence, share experiences, and form meaningful relationships.
