A market-leading, high-growth consumer business is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join finance. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior leadership and shareholders, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
The successful candidate will lead the organisation's financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive reporting. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will provide insight, challenge assumptions, and help shape the financial direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Business Planning
- Own and deliver the annual budget and long-range planning processes.
- Translate strategic objectives into robust financial plans and clear commercial narratives.
- Coordinate planning timelines, inputs, reviews, and deliverables across the business.
- Lead the monthly forecasting cycle.
- Identify, monitor, and communicate risks and opportunities.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality financial reporting, presentations, and analysis for senior leadership and board stakeholders.
- Consolidate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Manage and develop a small team of finance professionals.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to help drive performance and engagement.
- Act as a deputy to the Head of FP&A when required.
You will be a qualified finance professional with a strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance.
Key requirements include:
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful business insight.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
