The Senior Finance Manager will take full ownership of the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and forward-looking financial planning to support business growth.
Role Highlights
– Lead and develop day-to-day finance operations end-to-end
– Own month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting deadlines
– Build and enhance cashflow forecasting and financial planning processes
– Partner with teams across operations, sales, and marketing to drive performance
– Oversee ERP and accounting system improvements to support scalability
You Will Need
– ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with post-qualified experience
– Proven ability to manage both strategic and transactional finance activities
– Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
– Background in retail, eCommerce, or wholesale environments
– High attention to detail with a proactive, self-sufficient working style
