My client is hiring an FP&A Manager— a fast-growing, B Corp certified apparel business approaching £100m in revenue.
They make apparel built around sustainability; they are doing things differently. It is embedded in how they make decisions, how they operate, and what they stand for.
This is the first dedicated FP&A hire into the business. That means building from the ground up and ideally you will have experience of scaling a business before.
The role sits right at the heart of the commercial operation — partnering with trading, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain to drive performance and support growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and owning the budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning cycles across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Building scalable FP&A processes, models, and reporting frameworks fit for a business approaching £100m
- Sitting in trading meetings and partnering closely with the merchandising team to align sales, stock, margin, and intake plans
- Supporting pricing, promotions, markdown, and range decisions through sharp commercial analysis
- Managing stock levels, cash position, and commercial risk in real time alongside trading and merch
- Owning CAC, LTV, payback periods, channel contribution, and cohort analysis to evaluate marketing performance and customer economics
- Challenging 3PL, warehousing, fulfilment, and carrier costs to protect margin and improve operational efficiency
- Producing insightful monthly reporting with clear risks, opportunities, and actions for the leadership team
- Building out the FP&A function and team as the business continues to scale
If you've come from DTC apparel, fashion, or consumer retail, have a strong FP&A foundation, have actually implemented forecasting and planning processes rather than just run them, and you care about working for a business that takes its responsibilities seriously this could be the role for you.
Competitive package.
Hybrid role - 1-2 days in London/Hampshire.
