The Financial Controller will take ownership of financial control, reporting, and working capital management while driving critical improvements across core finance processes.
Role Highlights
- Lead end-to-end financial control for UK entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
- Strengthen cash flow visibility, forecasting, and working capital discipline
- Transform Accounts Payable and Receivable processes for efficiency and control
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to influence financial decisions
You Will Need
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance leader
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, controls, and cash management
- Demonstrated success improving finance processes in fast-paced environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central (essential)
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams through change
