We're partnering with a founder-led, high-growth multi-site business at an exciting and pivotal stage of expansion. With increasing investor interest and operational scale, the organisation is building a robust financial foundation to support sustainable growth.
They are now looking to hire a Head of Finance to build, shape, and scale the finance function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to step into a key leadership role with significant influence over strategic direction and long-term success.
This role will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, combining strategic financial leadership with hands-on delivery.
The Role
- Lead and professionalise the finance function, building processes, controls and reporting infrastructure
- Own cashflow, treasury and working capital management
- Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Produce investor-facing reporting and support fundraising activity
- Partner with leadership on commercial decisions including pricing, investment cases and cost control
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations (invoicing, payroll, expenses, controls)
- Manage financial systems and integrations (e.g. Xero and wider tech stack)
- Drive cost discipline across the business and contribute to EBITDA performance
The Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience building or scaling finance functions in a growth-stage business
- Strong cashflow and treasury management expertise
- Track record supporting investor reporting and fundraising
- Commercially minded with strong understanding of unit economics and margins
- Hands-on and comfortable operating across both strategy and detail
- Strong communicator, able to partner with founders and non-finance stakeholders
- Experience working with finance systems and integrations
