Head of Finance
- Part-time: 22 to 26 hours per week
- Location: Mainly remote, with occasional travel to Hertfordshire

The Head of Finance will lead all financial operations, providing strategic insight and ensuring robust governance across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Oversee accounting, payroll, and financial control processes
- Produce monthly management accounts and cashflow reports
- Manage audits and liaise with external accountants and regulators
- Drive system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
We are looking for:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or similar)
- Strong experience in financial management and reporting
- Knowledge of charity finance, including SORP and restricted funding
- Confident using cloud-based accounting systems and Excel
- Ability to present complex financial data clearly to stakeholders
